• Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer or sell your ticket on. The replacement attendee must present the valid QR code from the original ticket on entry.
• This event is strictly for attendees aged 18+. Valid photo ID may be required.
• Event timings and venues may be subject to change due to operational or weather conditions.
• Please arrive on time. If you are late and do not advise the Event Organiser, the bus will depart as scheduled and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and drink responsibly at all times. Any antisocial, inappropriate, or illegal behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event or transport with no refund.
• The Event Organiser is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes.
• Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, late requests cannot be guaranteed.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communications via email from the Event Organiser.
