All-In Poker – Her Way
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, classes, hosted poker nights, hens nights, private events, and related services operated by All-In Poker – Her Way (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or attending any event or service, you agree to the following terms.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Your booking secures a limited seat or event place and contributes to venue hire, staffing, equipment, and preparation costs.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• No refunds are provided for change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival, or personal scheduling conflicts.
• Due to limited seats and venue commitments, unused bookings cannot be refunded.
Extreme Circumstances
In exceptional situations only (e.g. hospitalisation or serious family emergency), and at the sole discretion of the organiser, one of the following may be offered if evidence is provided:
• Transfer of the booking to another person, or
• A credit to attend a future hosted poker night or class, valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
Requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time where possible.

3. TRANSFERS
• Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.
• Transfers are the responsibility of the original ticket holder and must be confirmed by us before the event.

4. NON-ATTENDANCE
• Failure to attend an event without prior notice results in forfeiture of the booking.
• Credits or refunds are not provided for non-attendance.

5. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY US
• We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event if required due to unforeseen circumstances (including venue issues, illness, or low attendance).
• If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:
• a full refund, or
• a transfer to a future event.

6. PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT
• All events are designed to be respectful, inclusive, and supportive.
• Disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if behaviour impacts others or the event environment.

7. SKILL-BASED ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER
• Poker activities provided are educational, recreational, and social in nature.
• We do not guarantee financial outcomes, winnings, or skill improvement.
• No real-money gambling instruction or facilitation is provided unless explicitly stated and legally permitted.

8. LIABILITY
• Participation is at your own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or personal property loss incurred during attendance.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
• Photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us prior to the event.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
