1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket holders attending the Holi Meets Lunar New Year ("the Event") organised by TogetherVsmile Events, referred to as "the Organiser" in support of Asian Business Association of Wyndham and Williams Landing.
By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold subject to availability and at the discretion of the Organiser.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given, except as outlined in section 6 below.
Tickets must be purchased through authorised channels only. The Organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised sources.
3. Admission
Entry to the Event is only permitted with a valid ticket. E-tickets must be presented at the entrance for scanning.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the Event.
Ticket holders must comply with all security checks and protocols as instructed by the Event staff.
4. Colour Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, outside Holi colours are strictly prohibited at the venue. 100% organic, non toxic, skin friendly colours made of cornstarch and edible food colours will be available for purchase on-site to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We encourage attendees to use only the provided colours to help maintain a clean and safe environment.
Pre Order colours are available to purchase online which will be collected at Checkin.
5. Security and Behaviour Policy
This is a non-alcoholic, family-friendly event. Alcohol and illegal substances are prohibited. Any individual found with alcohol or exhibiting intoxicated behaviour will be asked to leave by security.
Disrespectful behaviour, bullying, harassment, or any form of disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Offenders will be removed from the event.
For safety, security personnel may conduct bag checks at the entrance. Please comply with all security measures.
All attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and security. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
6. Stall Holders
All stall holders must complete and submit an application form, which is subject to approval by the Organiser.
Stall holders are responsible for setting up, operating and dismantling their stalls within the designated time frames provided by the Organiser.
The sale of prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal goods, counterfeit products or unsafe items, is strictly forbidden.
Stall holders are required to have their own public liability insurance and must provide proof of coverage upon request.
Stall holders are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their stall area and must ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
7. Event Changes and Cancellations
The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the Event schedule, including changes to the venue, lineup and timing without prior notice.
If the Event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders and stall holders will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
Stall holders may be offered a refund or credit towards a future event if the Event is canceled or rescheduled, at the Organiser’s discretion.
8. Refreshments
Attendees are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the Event, except for dietary or medical reasons, which must be disclosed to the Organiser in advance.
The Organiser is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of food or beverages provided at the Event.
9. Photography and Recording
The Organiser reserves the right to take photographs and record videos during the Event. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded.
Any personal photography or video recording is permitted only for private use and must not interfere with other attendees or the Event's proceedings.
10. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the Event is canceled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.
If a refund is issued, it will be for the face value of the ticket only. Booking fees, delivery charges and other associated costs are non-refundable.
11. Liability
The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained by ticket holders, stall holders, vendors, or their property while attending the Event, except where such loss, injury or damage is due to the Organiser's negligence.
Stall holders and vendors are responsible for their own property and goods during the Event.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
13. Amendments
The Organiser reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of ticket holders to check for any changes before attending the Event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
