ADMSA policy: If an attendee advises ADMSA within 7 days of the event, ADMSA will issue a reimbursement as this time allows for advertising of the event & replacements etc. Any attendee requesting a reimbursement closer to the time or on the day, please send an email to the ADMSA email adelaidechapter@gmail.com stating reasons etc. Reimbursements will be decided at the discretion of the walk organiser in this circumstance.
