Terms and Conditions  −  Beeac to the Rock Retro Ride Sunday 15th March 2026

The Event:
This is the 7th Beeac to the Rock Retro Ride.
The ride is dedicated to cyclists riding vintage bicycles and wearing vintage inspired riding gear.
This ride will be run as a fundraiser for Colac Area Health, with all proceeds going directly to our local Health Service.
The Retro ride is an event organised by Colac Area Health’s Colac Cranks Murray to Moyne Cycling team and Darren Allan (formerly Bike Guru).
This is a non-competitive event, starting in the historical township of Beeac.
The ride is open to cyclists aged 15 and above.
Under 15's will need to be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian who is over the age of 18.
Registration from 1000 am and a rolling start time between 1100-1130 am.
Photos may be taken and used as deemed appropriate by the organisers for publicity and marketing.

Entry criteria:
Note: Ideally this is a carbon free ride event-not a race.
• Race style bikes built up to the mid 1990’s
• Track or Road race bikes
• Index shifters up to 8 speed
• Classic aluminium bikes to the mid 1990’s
• Clipless pedals are permitted
• No carbon bikes
• If carbon is detected on bikes there may be a carbon tax payable as a donation, imposed at registration.
• Proceeds of this tax will go directly to Colac Area Health’s fundraising effort.
• Australian standard helmets must be worn.
• Prizes may be awarded to those choosing to wear vintage styled cycling gear such as wool jersey’s or shorts.
• This is a sanctioned, social fundraising event, with permits issued by Vic Roads and Vic Police.
• The ride encourages participants to withdraw if they are unwell in any way including symptoms &/or diagnosis of
transmissible diseases (COVID-19)- a full refund will apply.
• The event may be cancelled if extreme weather conditions prevail-full refund will apply.
• You will need to follow all road rules and official instructions for the ride

On payment you will have accepted our ride rules and conditions above.
All proceeds go directly to Colac Area Health.
