All fencers should be appropriately insured by their club, and so authorised to participate in this tournament, or fence uninsured.

Interstate fencers should be aware of Victorian legislation concerning sword ownership, and contact the event organisers for temporary coverage under Scholar Victoria: scholarvictoria.com/sword-exemption-status/

Refunds shall NOT be issued for withdrawals made after the 14th March, inclusive.
