Refunds

In the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or owing changes to COVID-19 restrictions the ticket will be refunded excluding fees.
Proof of purchase will be required for the refunding of tickets.

If the event is postponed, a new date is announced subject to availability.

Refunds will not be offered due to personal circumstances.

All the concert tickets will be scanned at the door and their bar-codes will be checked for validity including child tickets. Each bar-code can only be used once to enter and copied tickets will be rejected.

Child tickets apply to children aged 4 to 12 years - Children under 4 years of age do not require a ticket: however no seat will be allocated and the child must sit on parents or carer's lap.

COVID-19

The organizers will be guided by Government directions or regulations at the time of the event.
At the time of the event if you or anyone in your group is subject to self-quarantine and or are feeling unwell you agree not to attend the event.

Conditions of Venue Requirements

In the case of an Emergency please follow the direction of venue staff and event staff.
The venue has strict NO food and drinks policy inside the Auditorium
