Ticket purchase and entry to the 2026 Charters Towers Country Music Festival (“Event”) are subject to the following conditions.
The term “Event” includes the Festival venue: the ring, bar and amenities and any and all activities that take place in the area from the initial open day. “Ticket holder” means any person who has purchased a ticket to the event. The event organiser is Charters Towers Country Music Inc. (CTCMF). CTCMF reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject from the Event any person who does not comply with any of these conditions.
a) Tickets are purchased for the Charters Towers Country Music Festival Inc.
b) Whilst every care is taken to ensure the information regarding the Event, including Guest Artists is correct at the time of ticket release, CTCMF reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists or vary the program of the Event. Any changes to the Event, including Guest Artists, will be announced via Social Media.
c) Tickets are sold on the condition that purchasers are not entitled to a refund or exchange of their ticket in any circumstances. This non-refund policy applies in circumstances including, for example:
i. If you choose not to attend the event.
ii. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness or work commitments.
iii. If you attend the event and are unsatisfied.
iv. If the program of the event is changed, or any parts of the event.
vi. If you lose your ticket or do not bring your ticket to the event.
vii. If you are refused entry or ejected for any reason.
d) You are entitled to give or sell your ticket to someone else.
e) Where the Event is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full, less the amount of processing fees.
f) In the event of cancellation of any part of or the entire event CTCMF is not liable to arrange a substitute event or to provide compensation.
g) Animals, with the exception of certified, card-holding support animals, are not permitted on the grounds, including camping areas, during the event. All support animals must be introduced to the Committee and be on a lead at all times while at the Event. Patrons with a support animal may be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the animal at the event.
h) Wristbands are to be worn at all times throughout the Event. Failure to wear the wristband will result in denying entry and/or removal from the event.
i) Chairs may be brought into the Event, but may only be placed in designated areas. Patrons are not permitted to sit near the Talent Quest Judge’s tent at any time.
j) Smoking is only permitted in the Designated Smoking Area.
k) Campfires are not permitted.
l) Alcohol is not to be brought into the stage area of the Event. Alcohol purchased at the Bar may be consumed within the sectioned off ring area of the Event.
m) Charters Towers Country Music Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property purchased or brought to the Event.
n) Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
o) Patrons are expected to act in an orderly manner at all times when attending the Event venue. This includes the camping area and amenity facilities.
