EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

*** This is an independent hosted events. Doltone House and Club Marconi are not responsible for ticketing, refunds, event operations, or any matters relating to the management of this events all inquiries must be directed to the event organiser.***

Communication:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related information by email from the Event Organiser.

Ticket Purchase:
- All tickets are sold through TryBooking and are subject to availability.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing & Payment:
- All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Tickets are strictly non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.

The following situations do NOT qualify for a refund:
✘ Change of mind
✘ Personal schedule change
✘ Illness (unless otherwise stated in these Terms)
✘ Travel or transport issues
✘ Forgotten event / double-booking
✘ “Something came up” or any other personal circumstance

Exchanges or ticket transfers may be permitted at the discretion of the Event Organiser but are not guaranteed.

Event Changes:
- The organiser reserves the right to change event details (date, time, or venue) if necessary and only under exceptional circumstances.
- If significant changes occur, ticket holders will be notified via email.

Entry Requirements:
- A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
- The organiser may refuse entry for safety, security, or venue capacity reasons.

Liability:
- The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
- Attendees participate at their own risk.

Privacy:
- Personal information collected during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and TryBooking’s terms.

Event Cancellation:
- If the event is cancelled, refunds will be processed through TryBooking to the original payment method, in accordance with TryBooking procedures and relevant consumer laws.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
