TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDING LATINFEST 2027
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Refunds: We do not give refunds for change of mind or change in personal circumstances.
2. Ticket Transfers: Tickets can only be transferred to another holder via LatinFest admin or to the following year's event, subject to a $30 administration fee. Transfer requests must be submitted via email to hello@latinfest.com.au no later than 2 weeks before the event.
3. Wristbands: Wristbands will be issued upon entry following ID verification and must be worn at all times during the event. This helps our staff ensure a smooth and secure experience for all attendees. Wristbands are NOT-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. If you require a replacement, you must present your broken wristband including ID and pay a $20 replacement fee. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and you will be required to purchase a new pass to attend the event.
4. Changes & Cancellations: Please note that artists' attendance and all schedules, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, masterclasses, classes, shows, and parties are subject to change without notice.
5. Performers: Performers must hold a full weekend pass to participate.
6. Masterclasses: You must hold a full weekend pass to attend any masterclasses.
7. Force Majeure: LatinFest will not be held liable for cancellation, postponement, or changes to the event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies.
8. Refunds for Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organisers, attendees can choose to either transfer their pass to the following year's event at no cost or receive a refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be done via email within 30 days after the last day of the scheduled event. An admin fee of $30 is payable at the time of refund.
9. Allowing Us to Use Your Image: By attending the event, you grant us the unrestricted right and permission to use your image in printed or digital promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, flyers, banners, and videos.
10. Conditions of Entry: All attendees must adhere to the entry conditions of Panthers Port Macquarie, including compliance with NSW Health regulations, responsible service of alcohol, and dress code standards. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted entry and may be removed from the event. Children under the age of 18 are allowed on the Panthers Port Macquarie premise until 10pm each night. Children do however need to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when they are on the premises.
11. Personal Health & Safety: Attendees participate in all dance activities, workshops, and classes at their own risk. LatinFest recommends attendees consult a medical professional if they have any health concerns prior to participating.
12. Dress Code: Casual attire is acceptable. Footwear must be worn. Beach/swimwear, immodest sleeveless shirts, activewear and soiled clothing are examples of unacceptable dress. Activewear should be covered up when moving through the public areas of the venue. Management reserves the right to enforce dress standards.
13. Liability Waiver: LatinFest and its organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, or personal injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
14. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to treat fellow attendees, performers, volunteers, and staff with respect. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
15. Ticket Cancellation by Organiser: LatinFest reserves the right to cancel any ticket or pass at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of unacceptable behaviour, conduct deemed detrimental to the event or its reputation, or any actions that disparage LatinFest, its organisers, performers, sponsors, or attendees. No further compensation will be provided. The decision to cancel a ticket is final and non-negotiable.
16. Signing into the Clubs: Entry to the club is subject to relevant state government legislation. Non-members must produce photographic ID and sign in as visitors.
