Class Booking Terms & Conditions
By registering for this class, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment
Full payment can be deducted from your product account via your SDP, please contact your SDP directly for booking to secure your place.

Class capacity is limited, and places are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class date are fully refundable.

Cancellations made 4–6 days before the class date will incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the class date, including no‑shows, are non‑refundable (100% fee).

Bookings are non‑transferable. Please contact your SDP for any amendment requests.

Class Changes
The organiser may reschedule, relocate, or cancel the class if required.

If the organiser cancels the class, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future session.

Participant Requirements
Attendee must arrive on time, arrange a model and be prepared for hands‑on participation.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own models unless otherwise advised by the organiser prior to the class.

Any required tools, materials, or prerequisites will be communicated in advance by AVEDA Education.

Liability
The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of class cancellations or changes.

Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
