Due to the nature of tour planning, including pre-booked training, accommodation, administration, and associated costs, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations, withdrawals, or changes of mind, for any reason, including illness, injury, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
