The retreat attendee understands all activities are done at my own risk.
The retreat attendee waives the right to make claims against the retreat coordinator
which may result out of any activity, service or due to presence on the premises,
including personal injury, claimed negligence, theft and any property damage.
The retreat attendee agrees to not possess or use alcohol and non-prescription or illegal drugs on the
retreat.
The retreat attendee agrees not engage in any behaviour such as bullying, harassment, discrimination,
or commit unlawful, disrespectful acts to behave in a way that that may threaten
anyone’s safety.
The retreat attendee understands that if they commit any unlawful act while on the retreat, or fail to
comply with any reasonable direction from the facilitators or cause danger,
disrespect, distress or annoyance to other participants, their participation in the
retreat will be immediately terminated. If that happens, for whatever reason, the retreat attendee
will leave the venue immediately, peacefully and understand that they are not
entitled to any compensation or refund.
