Cancellation, Changes and Refunds
No refund is payable upon cancellation of bookings or failure to utilize pre-purchased tickets.
Changes to purchased tickets can be requested by contacting the event host. No guarantees are offered that changes to event tickets will be possible.
In the event of adverse weather that prevents the event from proceeding, the event will be rescheduled to a new date and all tickets purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
