By registering for these skills session I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Although all care will be taken, I exclude Fastbreak Basketball Academy Pty Ltd, its staff and volunteers of any responsibility to my child’s person or property, as a result of any injury or illness that they may suffer during competition, training or clinics; I agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified and to hold harmless Fastbreak Academy Pty Ltd, its servants and agents and each of them from and against all actions, costs, claims, damages, charges and expenses whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them or any of them arising out of or in relation to the conduct of the activity except in circumstances where Fastbreak is deemed legally liable.
2. I consent for the person in charge of the training to seek medical attention for my child if necessary;
3. I will allow the use of any images or likeness of my child taken during any Fastbreak Basketball Academy activities to be used in future marketing, promotions or news stories for Fastbreak Basketball Academy;
4. I understand that unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated and this may result in expulsion from any Fastbreak Basketball Academy activities with no refunds given.
5. Refunds will only be issued if more than 24 hours notice is given.

A full refund minus the booking fee will be given if the sessions are unable to go ahead due to COVID19. All participants will be notified if this occurs.
