Ticket conditions (Free event)

1. This ticket/registration serves as your confirmation to attend and may be requested at check-in (either printed or on your phone).

2. One admission is valid per registration.

3. This is a free event. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking so another person can register.

4. The School reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any attendee to leave.

5. Late entry may be paused if a tour or presentation is in progress.

6. Tickets must not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

7. This event is created and managed using TryBooking and is also subject to TryBooking’s Terms and Conditions.

8. The School is responsible for all matters relating to this event. For event enquiries, please contact the School.

9. The School may take photographs/video at the event for school communications. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise staff on arrival.

10. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be notified using the contact details provided at registration.

11. Personal information collected for event administration will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the School’s privacy arrangements.

12. The Open Day will be held at Berengarra School – Box Hill Campus, 43 Harrison Street, Box Hill North VIC 3129.
