Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchases

All tickets are sold subject to availability and are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will only be issued if:

The event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

The event is significantly changed (including a major change to date, time, venue, or headline guest).

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind.

Inability to attend.

Personal circumstances, including illness, pregnancy, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

3. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, performers, venue, or content where reasonably necessary. Minor changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

4. Transfers

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or transferred for profit.

5. Entry and Admission

Entry is subject to venue capacity and compliance with event rules. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered by attendees at the event, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Force Majeure

The organiser will not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.

8. Photography and Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant permission for the organiser to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event administration and marketing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
