TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to the​ below terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are ​final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refunds and transfers are not available for missed consult groups.

Ticket Transfer
- Tickets can be transferred to another individual.
- To transfer a ticket, the original ticket holder must: a) Provide the full name and contact information of the new ticket holder to the workshop organisers via email: tspa.committee@gmail.com, (b) Ensure the new ticket holder accepts these terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Postponement
In the event of workshop cancellation, the organisers will work to:
- Provide alternative dates and issue a credit for a future event;
- Provide an alternative means of delivery;
- Or, If they are unable to provide an alternative, they may provide compensation for ticket costs.

Ticket Usage
- TSPA Membership must be active over the days of the workshop (May 27th and 28th, 2026) to entitle participants to the TSPA Member ticket.
- Duplicate tickets will not be honoured.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Liability Disclaimer
The workshop organisers reserve the right to:
- Modify the event schedule;
- Change speakers or venue;
- Cancel or postpone the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Any such changes will be communicated with all ticket holders

Personal Conduct
- Ticket holders must comply with all workshop rules and venue guidelines.
- The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for disruptive behaviour.

Privacy and Data
- By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. This will be for promotional material of the workshop and primarily be large groups or taken from behind. If individual or up close photos are taken, in person permission will be sought beforehand.
- The personal information listed on your ticket will not be shared beyond our organisation.

Acceptance of Terms
Purchasing or using this ticket constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
