By purchasing a ticket to participate in the Hunter Learner Night Drive, I confirm that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk.
I accept and assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and I (including my heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators) fully and finally release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organisers and the organisations they represent, including their employees, agents, contractors, and representatives, from any and all liability or claims for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of my participation, including any claims arising from negligence.
I confirm that I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of participating in the Hunter Learners Night Drive, which are outlined below.
I also grant permission for the organisers to use any photographs or images of me taken during the Event in marketing materials or on their websites. I understand that any images I request to be removed will be taken down promptly.
I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this waiver freely and voluntarily, and that I have not relied on any verbal, written, or visual representations made by the organisers or their representatives, other than what is set out in this document.
Hunter Learner Night Drive is for learner drivers only (of any age) who must be accompanied by an appropriate supervisor (25+) at all times. Please bring your drivers’ licence as this will be sighted at registration - current Learner's Licence (driver) and an Unrestricted Civil Road Licence (supervisor) must be provided.
Max Speed on the night is 50km/h. Drivers found in violation of these rules may be removed from the track.
