Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all Bowen Basin Mining Club Pty Ltd (ABN 94 606 275 905) ticket purchases:

Registration Confirmation
On completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Please check your registration carefully. Should an error have been made, please contact BBMC within 24 hours via email or phone 0412998501 to withdraw or amend your registration

Registration Payment Terms
Payment of your registration fee and any selected addons are due on completion of your registration. A tax invoice will be emailed to you with confirmation of your registration. A copy of your tax invoice is available by contacting our Accounts Department on accounts@bbminingclub.com

Registration Cancellation Policy
We will refund event tickets if advised in writing to info@bbminingclub.com more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

If less than 14 days’ notice is given, we will transfer your ticket to an alternate person as advised by the ticket holder.

Event Changes / Cancellations
The Bowen Basin Mining Club may add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or transfer to an alternate event will be offered to all ticket holders.

Recording / Photography
No photography, audio or video recording is permitted during any BBMC events unless otherwise pre-approved by the Bowen Basin Mining Club.

The Bowen Basin Mining Club has the rights to film, photograph and video events.

Privacy And Collection
Any personal data collected for by the BBMC will not be disclosed to third parties and will be used in accordance with Australian Privacy Principals.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
