Refund Policy & Course Cancellations

Full payment is required at enrolment to secure your place.

You will receive a full refund if:

-The Cannery Arts Centre cancels the workshop.
-The workshop is rescheduled, and you cannot attend the new date.
-You cannot attend for medical reasons and provide a medical certificate before the workshop starts.

You will receive a refund minus a 20% admin fee if:

-You withdraw five (5) or more days before the workshop start date.

No refunds or make-up classes will be given if:

-You withdraw four (4) or fewer days before the start date.
-You withdraw on or after the start date.
-You miss a class.

Other Important Info:

-If a course has already started, you may still enrol if places are available, but the full fee applies (no discount).
-Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum numbers are not met, the workshop may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
-If you arrive late or leave early, no refunds, discounts, or make-up sessions will be provided.
-The Cannery Arts Centre reserves the right to remove participants from a workshop if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in this case.
-If you can no longer attend a workshop, you may transfer your place to another person. You must notify the Cannery Arts Centre at least 24 hours before the start date.
-The Cannery Arts Centre may cancel or change a class, tutor, or location if needed.
-No credits will be issued under any circumstances.
