Terms and Conditions for High Tea
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time.

2. Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate dietary requests or provide refunds, transfers, or credit notes after your booking has been confirmed.

3. Bookings
- Bookings are essential to secure your spot at the event.

4. Wet Weather Contingency
- In the event of wet weather, the High Tea on the Green will be moved indoors to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

5. Non-Transferable Tickets
- Tickets for the event are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please refer to our cancellation policy above.

6. Event Changes
- We reserve the right to make changes to the event details, including but not limited to the menu and schedule, if necessary. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

7. Liability
- Kahibah Sports Club is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
