Entry to the Sew & Sew VIP Marquee is at the discretion of the Event Organiser and your ticket may be cancelled at any time for any reason. If your ticket is cancelled by the Event Organiser you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

In the event of the races being postponed or cancelled all tickets will be rolled over to the next planned race day. No refunds will be issued in the case of postponement or cancellation of the race day.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
