Terms and Conditions  −  Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2026

1. Artists must be 2026 GECAG financial members to enter.

2. Two paintings per person may be entered.

3. Paintings must be suitably framed with – NAME, TITLE, MEDIUM, PRICE & ART GROUP on the back (you can use your own label or use the labels attached to this e-mail with the Entry Form or those on the back bench at the studio).

4. Commission of 35% plus 10% GST on the commission amount is charged by the Flower & Garden Show.

5. Paintings are not insured against theft or damage. The members of the committee and helpers will exercise all reasonable care in handling the artworks submitted but will not accept responsibility for loss or damage whilst in their care. The Committee reserves the right not to exhibit any work deemed unsuitable due to subject, quality, framing or copyright infringement.

6. Entry fee is $10 for one entry, $15 for two entries.

7. Paintings must be delivered to the GECAG studio office on or before Friday 20th March 2026, between 12.45 -2.30 pm. Please deliver paintings wrapped for protection and placed into a carry bag.

8. Unsold paintings may be collected from the studio office after Monday 30th March.

9. All paintings must be of flowers or garden themed. No change of Entry Form Information will be accepted after Sunday 15th February.
