By booking a ticket for the Parish Assembly at Mary Help of Christians Parish, Pearce, you agree to the following:

One ticket is required per person attending.

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the start time to allow for check‑in.

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your booking or notify the parish office so your place can be offered to someone else.

This is a parish event; respectful behaviour towards all participants is expected at all times.

Photography and media

Photos and/or video may be taken during this event and may be used for parish and Archdiocesan communications (such as the parish bulletin, website, social media, and Archdiocesan publications) in line with the policies of the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please advise a member of the parish team at check‑in so that reasonable steps can be taken to respect your preference.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring they are comfortable with these arrangements for any children they register to attend.
