By purchasing a Table Booking for this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:-

- This is an 18+ event ONLY. Entry is subject to the presentation of valid photo identification upon request.
- Bookings are available by table ONLY. Individual ticket sales are not offered for this event.
- Each table booking admits a maximum of ten (10) patrons per table.
- One (1) table booking per transaction is permitted per host.
- Each table booking must nominate one (1) Table Host, who will be the primary contact for all correspondence relating to the booking.
- Tickets/ Table bookings are strictly non-transferable and must not be re-sold, including private re-sale.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
- No refunds will be provided unless event is cancelled.
- Upon confirmation of payment, the Table Host will be contacted with further event information, including PHYSICAL ticket collection arrangements.
- Physical Event Ticket MUST be produced for successful event entry.
- The Table Host is responsible for advising the event committee of any special dietary requirements for all guests no later than 10th March 2026.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
