Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Bowen Polocrosse due to severe weather, including heavy rain or strong winds. Tickets may be privately transferred or resold; however, the attendee must present a valid ticket and be able to provide the name of the original purchaser if requested.

Seating is unreserved and available on a first in, best dressed basis. Guests are welcome to choose their own seats on arrival. Bowen Polocrosse reserves the right to amend event details, inclusions, or seating arrangements if required.

This is an outdoor event. Attendees consent to photography/video being used for promotional purposes. Responsible service of alcohol applies. Strictly 18+.
