Terms and Conditions
1. Concessions must be Australian Issued and valid at the time of booking. Proof of concession may be required to be provided to gain access to the venue or event if being admitted on a concession ticket. Failure to provide valid proof will result in an upgrade fee on that ticket.
2. KidLitVic (KLV) is unable to sell tickets to people under 18 years of age.
3. KLV accepts Companion Cards. Please advise us of your Companion Card when you are booking your ticket (kidlitvic@gmail.com) and you will be required to pay only for your own ticket, a second ticket will be issued for your companion at no charge. If catering is required there will be a fee of $130.
4. Tickets for KidLitVic Meet the Publishers 2026 are valid only when purchased from the KLV Trybooking site or directly from KLV. Tickets may not be on-sold or offered for sale at a premium. KLV reserves the right to cancel any ticket sold or offered for sale or otherwise provided or distributed in breach of this condition, without refund to the consumer.
5. KLV reserves the right to refuse admission or evict a ticket holder if they compromise the health, safety or welfare of KLV staff and attendees with aggressive or abusive behaviour.
6. KLV reserves the right to vary ticket prices, and/or vary advertised programmes, including panels, workshops, presenters and audience capacity.
7. All refunds are at the discretion of KLV. Prior to April 6th, a full refund is available with a $50 administration fee. After April 6th, the KLV reserves the right to determine the amount of refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us immediately on kidlitvic@gmail.com .
8. The purchase of a KLV conference ticket does not guarantee further assessment or masterclass bookings of choice.
9. The booking of a KLV conference ticket must be made under the name of the person attending. Failure to provide the correct name and email address will not guarantee the delivery of all the pre/post event notifications.
10. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to adhere to all event guidelines and deadlines. No extensions will be offered.
11. By entering the Event you agree and consent to filming and photography by approved personnel, the contents of which may later be used commercially for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes in Australia and abroad. The event organiser has ALL rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
