ASG 2026 MELBOURNE CELEBRATION NIGHT – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for the ASG 2026 Melbourne Celebration Night (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, the ticket holder (“Guest”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Event organiser (“Organiser”) reserves all rights in relation to the management and operation of the Event.

2. Ticketing
All ticket sales are final and non‑refundable, except where the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual upon written notification to the Organiser.
All attendees, including infants and children, must hold a valid ticket for entry. No exceptions apply.
Each ticket permits entry for one (1) Guest only.
Table bookings guarantee seating at the designated table number; however, the Organiser may make reasonable adjustments if required for operational purposes.

3. Seating
This Event operates under an allocated‑seating arrangement.
Guests must occupy the seats assigned on their ticket.
The Organiser may alter seating allocations for safety, operational, or compliance reasons.

4. Family‑Friendly Attendance
Children are permitted to attend but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the supervision or safety of children.
Prams, strollers, or similar items may be restricted or relocated at the discretion of venue staff for safety and access reasons.

5. Security and Entry Conditions
All Guests may be subject to security screening, including bag checks, upon entry or at any time during the Event.
The Organiser and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any Guest who fails to comply with staff directions, engages in disorderly or unsafe conduct, or poses a risk to others.
Guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

6. Alcohol Service
Alcohol will be available for purchase via a cash bar.
All alcohol service is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation.
Venue staff may refuse service to any Guest who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner inconsistent with RSA guidelines.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and may not consume alcohol.

7. Photography, Filming, and Media
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by the Organiser or authorised third parties.
By attending, Guests grant the Organiser a royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use their image, likeness, and/or voice in promotional, marketing, archival, or media materials.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the Event; however, exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed.

8. Dress Code
The Event requires Black Tie | Indian Formal attire.
Tuxedos, formal suits, and evening gowns are welcome.
Indian traditional attire such as sherwanis, sarees, lehengas, and bandh galas is encouraged.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any Guest who does not comply with the dress code.

9. Event Changes, Postponement, and Cancellation
The Organiser may modify the Event program, entertainment, schedule, or layout without prior notice.
If the Event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser, Guests will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price only.

10. Behaviour and Conduct
Guests must comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the Event.
The Organiser may remove any Guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

11. Liability
Guests attend the Event at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from attendance at the Event, except where caused by the Organiser’s negligence.
The Organiser is not responsible for personal property lost, damaged, or stolen at the Event.

12. Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be submitted prior to the published cut‑off date.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the Organiser and venue cannot guarantee allergen‑free meals.
