Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for this event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Contact & Event Organiser
For all enquiries, please contact the Event Organiser via council@cloncurry.qld.gov.au or phone (07) 4742 4100.

2. Payment & Ticketing
Upon payment, a confirmation email will be issued containing your tickets and tax invoice. All bookings are final upon receipt.

3. Entry & Attendance
- Tickets must be presented for entry. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with event policies.
- Attendees may be subject to ID checks and bag inspections upon request. Failure to comply with this request, may result in refusal of entry to the event and in those circumstances, no refund will be provided.
- This is an 18+ Event

4. Conduct & Safety
All participants are expected to behave respectfully to event staff and other attendees. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour may result in removal without refund.
No dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items may be brought into the venue.

5. Media & Photography
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used by Cloncurry Shire Council for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes.

6. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds
- No refunds will be offered for change-of-mind cancellations.
- Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organiser.
- In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g. weather, health directives, technical failure), ticket refunds will be subject to approval by the event organiser and to the extent required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
- Any refund provided will be limited to the value of the ticket purchased and will not include liability or reimbursement for any other expenses (such as travel, accommodation, parking etc), or other consequential loss suffered by you in connection with your attendance or non-attendance at the event, except as required by law.

7. Privacy
By purchasing a ticket for the event, you consent to the collection, use and handling of your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and Council’s Information Privacy Policy and will only be used for event and communication purposes.

8. Program Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify (including by adding, withdrawing, substituting or varying) the program, schedule, speakers, or venue without notice due to unforeseen circumstances or if considered necessary by Council. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded as a result of these modifications, unless required by law.
