Refund Policy – Sublime Fest
Tickets are sold subject to the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice and Australian Consumer Law.
• Tickets are non-refundable except where required under the Code or Australian Consumer Law, including where the event is cancelled, significantly rescheduled, or otherwise unable to proceed.
• Rain, hail or shine: Sublime Fest is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
• If a ticket holder is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, refunds are not automatically available, however requests made prior to the event may be considered at the promoter’s discretion. In some cases, a ticket transfer or credit toward a future event may be offered.
• Line-up changes may occur and do not necessarily constitute grounds for refund.
• If the event is cancelled or substantially affected by circumstances beyond the promoter’s control (including extreme weather, government direction, or force majeure), remedies will be handled in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice and applicable law.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person if the original purchaser can no longer attend (subject to ticketing platform procedures).
