Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. If we cancel an event, we will refund you all fees paid in relation to the event.

Replacement Sessions: If both facilitators cannot deliver a session, we will organise a replacement session within ten business days, which will likely extend the event by one week.

Acceptable Behaviour
People attending our event are expected to demonstrate respectful and courteous behaviour at all times. Disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with instructions and any other behaviour that interrupts the program, as determined by the facilitators in their sole discretion, may result in expulsion from the event. The ticket fee will not be refunded if a participant is excluded from our event because of a breach of this clause.

Provision of Services
Our events, including workshops, are designed to be educational and developmental rather than therapeutic interventions. They aim to enhance specific skills, provide education on certain subjects, or offer strategies for particular presentations, but they should not be considered a substitute for health services.


These events are conducted by trained and accredited facilitators, who may or may not be registered health professionals. More than one facilitator may be involved in the delivery of the event. We emphasise that while these events are structured to address certain issues, they do not guarantee a solution to complex psychological presentations, which may require more consistent and coordinated intervention.


Our events are inclusive and open to all genders, and any gender configuration may be present during the session. The age ranges specified for our events are indicative and may be adjusted at our discretion to ensure the event's viability. However, we strive to keep age differences within reasonable limits. No children under the age of 16 are permitted.


We provide guidelines to help you evaluate if an event is right for you. We make every effort to accommodate the needs of all participants, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will resonate with others in their group or with all activities offered during the event.

Tickets for the Floating Sound Bath session are only refundable if the client cancels more than 48 hours before the event. If cancelled more than 48 hours before the event the client cannot use the ticket for any other class or event as a substitute, it's refund only. If a client cancels within 48 hours of the event, the ticket cannot be used for any other BE Yoga Bendigo classes or events and will not be refunded. Clients cannot use any past or current BE Yoga Bendigo class passes for this event.

BE Yoga Bendigo are not responsible for the weather outcome on the day of the event, therefore, clients attend the event at their own risk. Clients are expected to check weather forecasts prior to the event and then make an informed decision as to whether they attend or not. Where weather is forecast to be unreasonable to hold an event, such as fire, storms etc, BE Yoga Bendigo will cancel the event in advance, giving as much notice as possible. However, BE Yoga Bendigo will not be responsible for a drop in the temperature before, during or just after the event and therefore the client must again check weather outcomes prior to the event.

BE Yoga Bendigo is not responsible for any loss or damage to the participant's clothing or property whilst they are taking part in the session. BE Yoga Bendigo is not responsible for any injury caused during any of the activities in the workshop, which includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Tickets purchased are only valid for the Floating Sound Bath event, event date, and time you have registered as described on our social media posts and this booking website, or event registration email and announcements. We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purposes (including, for example, where a participant does not like other participants in a specific group), or if the person has fallen ill on the day.
