Booking Conditions
1. Dietary requirements must be received by Australians Studying Abroad (ASA) prior to Monday 15 June 2026
2. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from ASA.
4. This ticket is proof of purchase for the purpose of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
5. Only one ticket is valid per ticket purchase.
6. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
7. Ticket transfers are allowed at the discretion of the Event Organiser. Please notify ASA of any change of attendee.
8. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact ASA, Diane Perelsztejn diane@asatours.com.au. We take the day on which you cancel as being that on which we receive written confirmation of cancellation. Please note that following charges apply:
From booking until Sunday 31 May 2026: $25.00 cancellation fee
From Monday 1 June until Tuesday 16 June 2026 $85.00 cancellation fee
From Wednesday 17 June 2026 onwards: 100% cancellation fee
