We reserve the right to cancel this event (and provide full refund) should minimum numbers not be met.

Participant Cancellations and Refunds:
- full refund will be provided up to five days preceding commencement of the course
- 75% of the fee will be provided up to 24hours prior to commencement of the course
- cancellations thereafter will not be eligible for a refund

Access to this online course:
- participants are responsible for ensuring that their equipment (audio and video) runs with Zoom
- participants may arrange to test their equipment (with Sue from SleepLinks) before the course commences – it is up to the participants to contact Sue about this

Postponement of live sessions
- in the event of unavoidable circumstances SleepLinks reserves the right to postpone a live session; an alternative date for live session will be offered, along with recording of that session.
