Terms and Conditions: Invoice Cycle (4-weeks) and Important Notes
Invoice Initiation:
Upon commencement of your class, you will receive an invoice on the first day. The invoice cycle begins on the same day as your class start date. For example, if your class starts on 8 February 2023, the invoice cycle starts from 8 February 2023.
Billing Process:
At the start of each 4-week billing cycle, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment is required through bank transfer following the receipt of the invoice.
Billing Cycle Adjustments:
Your billing cycle may be adjusted to accommodate scheduled end-of-term school holidays and cancellations due to COVID outbreaks. However, the billing cycle remains unaffected if a student misses a weekly lesson.
Please note that being absent from or missing a coding class does not result in any invoice adjustment.
In addition, invoices are not adjusted when classes fall on public holidays.
Fees are charged for enrolment in a course, which is divided into a four-week payment cycle. Payment is for the course as a whole, not for individual classes.
Withdrawal Policy:
Should you wish to withdraw from a course, a two-week notice must be provided in advance. Simply communicate your intention to withdraw via email.
Unpaid Invoices:
Invoices are processed by a third party. Unpaid invoices are reported to a debt collection agency in compliance with Australian law. Non-payment may impact your credit score.
Class Attendance:
Our courses are designed to build a solid programming foundation, with interconnected lectures and tasks. To derive maximum benefit, we expect learners to attend more than 90% of the sessions.
Arrival Time:
Please ensure that students are dropped off 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):
Students are required to bring their own fully charged device. Any general-use laptop is acceptable for the program.
By continuing with the class, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
