By enrolling your child in an HPSA Academy clinic, you acknowledge and accept the following:
HPSA coaches and staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Any fitness-related feedback is informational only and not a diagnosis or treatment.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to participation. Failure to do so may result in your child’s removal for safety reasons, without refund.
HPSA reserves the right to refuse or remove a participant if they are deemed unfit or pose a risk.
Participation is at your own risk. You release HPSA, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, accident, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation.

𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗙 𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦
If booking on behalf of another parent or guardian, you confirm you have their consent to register their child and have communicated any relevant medical or behavioural details. You accept responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.

𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧
By attending, you grant HPSA the right to use any photos, videos, or media taken of your child for promotional or educational purposes (e.g., social media, website, printed materials). To opt out, notify us in writing before the clinic.

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦
Standard Cancellations:
Cancel at least 48 hours before the clinic for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable but may receive a credit for a future clinic in your town (subject to availability).
Illness:
If your child is sick on the day, a credit may be offered for a future clinic. Proof may be required.
No-Shows:
Non-attendance without notice is not eligible for a refund or credit.

𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬
If severe weather occurs, clinics may be moved to a nearby indoor venue. Indoor sessions will match the quality of outdoor training.
Updates will be posted on our Facebook page (HPSA Academy) and emailed to registered participants.
If a time change occurs and you can’t attend the rescheduled session, you may request a full refund or a future credit.

𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
All participants must wear appropriate training gear, including enclosed shoes, and bring a water bottle.
Parents/guardians must ensure respectful behaviour and compliance with coach instructions. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal without refund.
HPSA is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
