Due to the nature of our workshop and the limited seats available, there is a firm no refund policy on all tickets purchased, and tickets are not transferable between workshop locations. You can however pass your ticket onto a third party to use if you are unable to attend. If you wish to do this, then you simply need to contact the 'Event Organiser' to advise them of the new attendees full name, email address and phone number.
