By booking in for this event you agree to the following terms and conditions - in the case of the booking being made for a person under the age of 18 years, a parent/guardian accepts and agrees these terms and conditions on behalf of and in relation to their child:

I recognise that Lion Heart Dance Company is serious about its Occupational Health and Safety obligations and that all practicable measures will be taken to ensure safety of all personnel; however, I accept that there is always a risk that incidents may occur;

I assume full responsibility for my/my child's conduct and actions, including any injury or damage that may result while training with Lion Heart Dance Company and I will not hold Lion Heart Dance Company or associated persons responsible for any injury or loss, direct or consequential, resulting from participating in this event linked directly or indirectly to Lion Heart Dance Company;

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lion Heart Dance Company, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, actions, suits or liability whatsoever arising out of my/my child's participation;

I understand that in the process of the above engagements that photographs, sound recordings and video footage may be taken. I assign Lion Heart Dance Company the rights to use them, as well as my/my child's image/likeness, now and in the future for publicity, archiving or merchandising purposes in any manner they deem fit, without requiring compensation in any form, except where expressly agreed in writing.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
