Ticket Terms & Conditions for HONK! JR

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

1.1 All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except where required by law.
1.2 A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the venue. Printed or digital tickets are accepted.
1.3 Western Arts Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot present a valid ticket.

2. Seating, Accessibility & Patron Care

2.1 Seating is allocated at the time of booking. Requests for seating changes will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
2.2 Patrons requiring accessible seating or disability support are encouraged to contact Western Arts Theatre prior to booking to ensure suitable arrangements can be made.
2.3 Western Arts Theatre is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment. Harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour towards patrons, staff or performers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
2.4 Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted.

3. Performance Changes & Cancellations

3.1 If a performance is cancelled by Western Arts Theatre, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to attend an alternative performance, subject to availability.
3.2 Performance dates, times and cast are subject to change. No refunds will be issued due to cast changes or minor program adjustments.

4. Behaviour & Venue Rules

4.1 Patrons must follow venue rules and comply with instructions from event staff at all times.
4.2 Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour — including intoxication or disrespectful conduct — may result in removal from the venue without refund.
4.3 Photography, video recording and use of mobile phones during the performance are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability & Personal Responsibility

5.1 Attendance at HONK! JR is at the patron’s own risk. Western Arts Theatre is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property.
5.2 In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged ticket, Western Arts Theatre may reissue the ticket at its discretion upon proof of purchase.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Patrons must comply with any health and safety requirements in place at the time of the performance.
6.2 If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact Western Arts Theatre prior to attending. Ticket exchanges may be considered at the company’s discretion.

7. Privacy & Communications

7.1 Personal information collected during ticket purchases is managed in accordance with Western Arts Theatre’s privacy policy.
7.2 By purchasing a ticket, patrons consent to receiving essential event-related communications from Western Arts Theatre.

8. Disability Access & Assistance

8.1 Western Arts Theatre strives to ensure all patrons can enjoy the performance.
8.2 For wheelchair access, hearing assistance or other accommodations, please contact Western Arts Theatre in advance so arrangements can be made.
8.3 Accredited service animals are welcome in accordance with venue policies. Advance notification is appreciated.
