Terms & Conditions – Sunset Hospital Paranormal Tour

Age Restriction: This is an 18+ event only. Proof of age may be requested on entry.

Grounds Only Access: This tour is strictly limited to the hospital grounds. Entry to the buildings is prohibited.

Safety First: Comfortable, enclosed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are required. The ground may be uneven. Please bring a torch.

Behaviour: Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.

Respect the Site: This is a heritage-listed location. Guests must not damage, remove, or interfere with any part of the property.

Refunds: Tickets are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date. Within 14 days, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with prior notice.

Photography/Recording: Personal photography is welcome, but professional filming or media recording requires prior approval.

No Guarantee of Paranormal Activity: We do not guarantee the presence of ghosts or paranormal phenomena during the tour. Experiences may vary.

Acknowledgement of Risk: By attending, you acknowledge participation is at your own risk. Organisers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Right to Refuse Entry: The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person not complying with these Terms & Conditions.
