Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the Anzac Day Breakfast at the Australian War Memorial, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Tickets and Entry
* Tickets are valid only for the Anzac Day Breakfast on 25 April 2026 and must be presented upon entry.
* This event follows the Australian War Memorial’s conditions of entry and codes of conduct. Learn more here: https://www.awm.gov.au/visit/conditions
* Seating is allocated and may be shared tables.

Refunds and Cancellations
* Tickets are non-refundable once ticket sales have closed, or within 7 days of the event date (whichever is earlier).
* Cancellations made prior to ticket sales closing may be eligible for a refund, less any booking or transaction fees.
* No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late arrival.
* Refunds will not be provided due to changes in personal circumstances.

Event Changes
* The Australian War Memorial and/or the event operator reserve the right to make changes to the event format, menu, timing, or location within the Memorial where necessary.
* In the unlikely event the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.

Dietary Requirements
* Dietary requirements should be advised at the time of booking.
* Further dietary advice may be received up to 14 days before the events.
* While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

Photography and Recording
* Photography or filming may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of images or recordings for promotional or archival purposes.

Conduct
* This event is held during the Memorial’s Anzac Day program. Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
* The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Liability
* To the extent permitted by law, the Australian War Memorial and event partners accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during attendance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

General
* These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
* By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
