By purchasing this ticket you are giving permission for the following:
1. For your child to attend KYCK on 25th-27th April 2025, under the supervision of the Youth leaders from Nowra Baptist Church.
2. For your child to travel in cars/buses driven by the youth group leaders to and from camp.
I authorize the youth group leaders to arrange for my child to receive medical treatment when they deem necessary and if I am unable to be contacted.
I understand there will/may be photographs and or video footage of my child taken during this camp to promote the ministry.
