Conditions of Booking
1) The entire payment for your booking is required prior to the booking date
2) If you cancel your booking within a week of your booked date a $50 non-refundable fee will be deducted from your payment except in service weather conditions (Item 4).
3) Refunds will be processed within two weeks of acceptance of a refund.
4) If the Australian Bureau of Meteorology forecasts possible severe weather conditions (i.e. heavy rain, high winds, electrical storms, etc.) or if the forcast maximum temperature for Melbourne, VIC is 36℃ or higher, we reserve the right to cancel the event to ensure the safety of all involved.
5) If conditions are not severe, you have the option of choosing to keep your booking or not. If you decide to proceed & the booking has commenced, there will be no refunds. If you choose to cancel your booking due to severe weather conditions, please advise at least until 5 pm on the day before your booking where you will incur no additional fee and you can have your payment transferred to another day (within 12 months) where no other party is booked.
6) All care will be taken in running our facilities. However, no responsibility will be taken for personal injury, loss or damage to vehicle or property.
7) If using the BBQ, please clean after use.
8) Please vacate the shelter promptly (within 30 minutes) when your booking has elapsed leaving the area clean and tidy (bins are provided for rubbish and recyclables). Failure to comply will see additional charges incurred.

Conditions of Use
We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to us.

Responsibilities of Guests
1) By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with the rides.
2) Your personal supervision is required at all times. Children's safety depends on you.
3) You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgement, particularly if you have a health or medical condition, are pregnant or have other physical limitations. Patrons with medical conditions are responsible for assessing whether they can participate. You must seek medical advice if uncertain.
4) No party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used at all.
5) At no time is there to be smoking, eating or drinking permitted while near or riding on the trains
6) Persons in bare feet are not permitted to ride on the train.
7) Climbing, hanging or on trees or structures is DANGEROUS and is not allowed
8) Children are not to push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
9) No pets, toys are allowed on or the train.
10) Do not ride across carriages
11) Ensure that your children are always supervised by a responsible adult
12) If you have a medical condition that affects balance, do not ride on the trains
13) No person is to ride on the railway if they are ill, affected by medication, or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
14) Be aware that there maybe smoke, steam and cinders emitted from the trains and dress appropriately.
15) Keep all pedestrian crossings clear of trains.
16) Booking Area is located on the inside of our railway which is only accessible by foot. There is no vehicle access.
