1. We are unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes. This ensures Young Engineers can maintain a stable learning environment for all students with minimum class disruptions.
2. Camp fees are paid in advance.
3. Class fees, times, duration & locations are subject to change.
4. Student’s medical condition disclosure is mandatory. Some students with medical condition may require carer/parent to be present in the class.
5. If the enrolled child attends OOSH on the day of our class, the parents need to provide appropriate authority to OOSH related to this enrolment.
6. We reserve our right to terminate any enrolment forthwith in case the student is found to be misbehaving, distracting other students or otherwise hampering the study of other students.
7. Please mention only one contact number as an emergency contact number. The contact number should be easily accessible during class time in case of any emergency. Please also verify that the email id and contact number that you enter are correct and are free from any error because the data you fill in will be used for all future communication purposes.
8. In case a student is enrolled after the commencement of the classes, we shall refund pro-rata fee for missed classes.
9. In case of cancellation of enrolment, administrative fee of $25 will be charged.
10. All communications related to this enrolment will be sent to you to the mobile number/email ID provided by you. We request the parents to communicate with us by email unless the circumstances demand otherwise.
