1.This ticket is sold on behalf of the promotor of the Adelaide Mega Toy Fair herein referred to as Saltire Group Trust and is subject to the conditions of entry by the promotor and the venue.

2. All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges only provided if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

3. This ticket is for an early bird entry only and allows the patron entry to the fair at 9:00am, one hour before general admission at 10.00am and is valid for Saturday only. No early bird on Sunday. Children under 12 are free.

4. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or returned except where permitted by law. Tickets cannot be resold at a premium (scalped) or used for commercial purposes like prizes or advertising without prior permission. Breach of this can lead to ticket cancellation without a refund. Saltire Group Trust (Adelaide Megatoyfair) is the only authorised seller of tickets for this event

5. The promoter reserves the right to vary any advertised programs, promotion, vendor, entertainment or similar by any means. Any cancelled program, promotion, vendor, guest, entertainment or similar may not be replaced or substituted. Ticket purchaser agrees tickets will not be refunded if a specific vendor, guest, entertainment promotion or similar is cancelled or substituted.

6. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any patron. If any person fails to comply with the terms and conditions of entry by the event organisers or event venue you may be refused entry or ejected with no refund of your ticket.

7. Ticket holders enter the venue and event at their own risk.

8. No weapons are permitted into the venue or event. The event organiser reserves the right to decide what is considered a weapon at its sole discretion.

9. No dogs or pets allowed with the exception of clearly identifiable service animals.

10. By attending, you often consent to being photographed or filmed and allow the organiser to use that footage for future promotional or marketing purposes.

11. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser
