City of Gosnells’ Community Programs Cancellation Policy
When a person wishes to cancel their enrolment in a paid Community Program, they are eligible for a refund, as detailed below:

- If more than a week’s notice of cancellation is provided, the participant is eligible to receive a full refund or credit
- If less than a weeks’ notice of cancellation is provided, the participant will not be eligible to receive a full refund or credit other than for exceptional circumstances which must be detailed in writing to the City. Examples include but are not limited to illness and family emergencies
- A participant may at any time, cancel their enrolment in a program and nominate a substitute to attend in their place (provided the substitute participant meets any / all other program registration requirements)
- Short notice Changes to City of Gosnells Community Programs (Including Cancellations)
- Facilitators schedule these programs in advanced. In the event of unexpected circumstances , such as inclement weather or illness, scheduled programs may be subject to alteration or postponement at short notice. If a program is cancelled by the City of Gosnells, a 100% refund of ticket price (excluding fees) will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase.
