When booking, the Terms and Conditions should be fully understood before proceeding, agreement to the terms and conditions is a part of the booking process. Online bookings close 5pm on Wednesday of the week of the market.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear Community Market Stall Holder,
Thank you for your interest regarding the Strathfieldsaye Community Market (SCM). Please read the following Terms and Conditions.

Operating Times:
•The market operates from 4-8pm, with set up to commence from 2pm. Please check in with SCM upon arrival. No stalls are allowed to park up or leave the site until 8pm.
•Vehicles are not allowed onsite but ample parking is available close to all stalls to drop goods off
Stall Information:
•The fee for a 3m x 3m stall site is $50.00
•Stall bookings are final and are non-refundable (with the exception of poor weather)
•The market is an all-weather event and will not be cancelled unless SCM consider that the days weather conditions will impede the market. SCM will provide full refunds in this instance. Stall holders are advised to bring their own protection against the elements.
•Stall positions will be assigned at the discretion of the SCM
•Applicants must keep their stall site clean and orderly and the surrounding areas free from rubbish. All rubbish must be removed from your site before you leave.
•Marquees, displays, trestle tables and chairs are not supplied; you must provide your own.
•Marquees and all stall equipment must be erected correctly and secured using weights, sandbags or similar which will not penetrate the ground.
•SCM reserves the right to publish photographic images of applicant stallholders and/or their stall sites taken at the Market for use in their promotional material.

Liability and Insurance:
•For insurance purposes we will require a copy of your Public Liability Policy if relevant however, the Department of Education and Training holds public liability insurance which covers school fundraising activities. The School will not be held liable for loss, theft or damage to your stock on the day.
•All food vendors will be required to supply a copy of their Food Vendor Permit
•Applicants must ensure that their activities (both actions and omissions) do not endanger the safety or security of any persons at the Market.

Conduct:
•Applicants must behave with courtesy and respect towards members of the public, other stallholders, persons representing SCM and volunteers.
•Applicants must report to persons representing SCM any incident or accident to any person or property that involves a risk to health and safety, injury, loss or could otherwise be expected to give rise to a claim.
•The market is a smoke free event.
•Animals are not permitted in the market with the exception of guide dogs.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
