TALOFA! 2026 – Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for TALOFA! 2026 (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Purchase

Tickets are available for purchase online or at the event.

Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.

Entry Requirements

Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) for entry.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid or suspected of being fraudulent.

No Refunds
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, resold, or refunded for any reason except as specified under “Weather Refunds.”

Weather Policy
The Event is an outdoor event. In the event of extreme weather or conditions that make it unsafe to proceed, the organizers may cancel or postpone the Event.
If the Event is cancelled due to weather, ticket holders will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the ticket price.
If the Event proceeds but weather conditions affect certain activities, tickets are not eligible for refund.

Children & Concessions
Children under 10 years enter free.
Concessions and carers must present valid ID or supporting documentation at entry.

Health & Safety
All attendees must comply with safety instructions given by event staff.
Organizers reserve the right to remove any person acting inappropriately or in a way that compromises safety.

Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography & Media
By attending, ticket holders consent to photographs, video, and audio recordings taken at the Event being used for promotional purposes.

Changes to the Event
Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, venue, or performers without prior notice.

Legal Compliance
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.

Liability
Organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred at the Event except where required by law.

Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
