By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets are non-transferable/non-refundable unless the event is cancelled (or state your chosen policy).
Entry may be refused if ticket terms are breached.
Tickets include: complimentary drink, three course meal and band entertainment.

Age Requirements
This is an 18+ event (if applicable).
Valid photo ID may be required upon entry.

Dress Code
Dress code is Black Tie/Formal.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if dress standards are not met.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Alcohol will be served in accordance with NSW RSA laws.
Intoxicated or disorderly guests may be refused service or asked to leave.
No external alcohol permitted.

Behaviour & Code of Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, and other attendees.
Aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
The event is a representation of the rugby club; respectful conduct is expected.
Security will be present at the event.

Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to relocate seating if necessary.

Photography & Media
By attending, guests consent to images being used for club promotion unless they advise otherwise.
