Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. All parents/guardians of attendees who purchase tickets for the St Michael’s Grammar School Extended Tuition Program (ETP) are required to read and adhere to the Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at St Michael’s Grammar School Extended Tuition Programs (ETP).

These Terms & Conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticketholders.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, all tickets sold are also subject to the additional Terms & Conditions imposed by Try Booking:

Ticket Fees:
For each purchase made, TryBooking charge the Ticket Purchaser the following in addition to the Fee/s of a St Michael’s Grammar School ETP Ticket:

a. 50c Ticket Fee charged by TryBooking,
b. 2.5% Processing Fee charged by TryBooking.

If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether an error in price is posted on TryBooking or St Michael’s Grammar School Webpages or otherwise communicated to you, St Michael’s Grammar School reserves the right to cancel that ticket and refund the total amount paid or issue a subsequent invoice for any outstanding fee/s. If any such refund is paid, St Michael’s Grammar School will not be liable for any subsequent direct, or indirect loss associated with the original transaction, including TryBooking Ticket or Processing Fees’. This policy still applies in the event the transaction is impacted by human error or a malfunction of TryBooking systems.
St Michael’s Grammar School reserves the right to review and alter the ETP Fee/s charged for a Ticket at any time.

Refunds:
All ST Michael’s Grammar School ETP Ticket sales are final and strictly non-refundable. St Michael’s Grammar School reserves the right to retain any fees charged to the full extent permitted by law. No refund will be provided in the case of attendee absence, regardless of illness, other commitments, change of mind, dismissal, or termination of enrolment at St Michael’s Grammar School.

Cancellation:
Attendees who wish to withdraw from a Program will be entitled to a refund of the Program Ticket Fee charged by St Michael’s up until 1 week prior to commencement of the ETP Term in which the attendee holds a Ticket, no refunds will be issued after this date.

Places offered:
Each Program will have a limited capacity of attendees, all tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Placement in the Program is only reserved for the Term/s or date/s in which an attendee holds a valid ticket.

Child Safety:
St Michael’s Grammar School cares deeply about the safety of your children when they are in our care. We have strict policies to ensure the St Michael’s Grammar School cohort know what is expected of them while attending the School and what they can reasonably expect from the School. St Michael’s Grammar School acknowledges that children require a safe, secure environment and meaningful relationships with adults and other children if they are to thrive as healthy individuals.

All staff, contractors, volunteers and any other member of the St Michael’s Grammar School community involved in child related work are required to understand and comply with the St Michael’s Grammar School Child Safety Code of Conduct, Child Safe Policy and all other regulations and laws regarding Child safety, including adherence to the Behavioural Expectations outlined in these Terms. The Code of Conduct applies in all school situations or interactions with the School’s students, including Extended Tuition Programs, school holiday camps and in the use of digital technology and social media.

In addition to strict adherence with the Child Safety Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy, all ETP Providers must be registered with the SAM4Schools Risk & Compliance Management System before undertaking any activities at St Michael’s Grammar School.

Behavioural expectations:
St Michael’s Grammar School is a community that values dignity, respect, care and compassion. It is a condition of attendance that all staff, students, ETP attendees, parents/guardians and members of the St Michael’s Grammar School cohort abide by these values.

Dismissal:
ETP Program providers reserve the right to dismiss any attendee and terminate their enrolment in the Program without notice on the grounds of unsatisfactory conduct, failure to obey the rules of St Michael’s Grammar School, or for any other incidence deemed as reasonable grounds to terminate the attendees’ enrolment in the ETP.
In the instance of a dismissal, no refund will be issued.

Health and Emergency Management:
ETP Program Providers will follow St Michael’s Grammar School policies and procedures in case of an emergency during a Program.
Parents/guardians of Program attendees authorise and agree to the following:
• In case of accidental injury or incident, any necessary medical treatment and agree to cover all subsequent expenses incurred.
• Consent to St Michael’s Grammar School providing the ETP Program Provider with your relevant emergency contact information, details the attendees medical condition, dietary requirement and any further information deemed relevant by St Michael’s Grammar School and the Program Provider.
• Parents/guardians of attendees are responsible for providing an Action Plan and/or supporting documentation to the Program Provider, prior to your child attending the Program.
• Parents/guardians of attendees must not permit their child to attend the Program if they are suffering from an infectious or contagious disease.
• Parents/guardians of Program attendees agree to collect or arrange for the collection of their child at their own expense in the event they become unwell during the Program.
• Parents/guardians authorise St Michael’s Grammar School and ETP Program Provider Staff to apply sunscreen (if required) to your child if you do not provide such.
• Parents/guardians of attendees must immediately inform the Program Provider in the event any details previously provided change during the Program Term.
• Refunds or credits will not be provided in the case of absence due to illness.

Out of School Care / Margaret Thomas House:
All St Michael’s Grammar School Junior School students attending an after school ETP must be collected from the Program venue within 10 minutes of the Program completion. After this time attendees will be escorted to After School Care to ensure appropriate supervision and care is provided. Parents/guardians will be charged accordingly for the use of After School Care.

The regulations for Early Learning Centres and Before and After School Care contain strict guidelines regarding the process of children being signed in and out. Third parties (St Michael’s Grammar School Staff or ETP Providers) are not permitted to take your child from a before school ETP class to Before School Care or Margaret Thomas House on your behalf.

Before School Extended Tuition Programs are entirely separate to Before School Care. Parents/guardians of Margaret Thomas House students attending Before School Extended Tuition Programs must be present for the full duration of the Program and escort their child to Margaret Thomas House to sign them in before leaving the School grounds.

Disclaimer:
Parents/guardians of attendees acknowledge and agree that ETP Program Providers and St Michael’s Grammar School, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or any other claim arising from or in connection to your child attending the ETP, including without limitation any claims relating to personal injury.
Parents/guardians of attendees hereby release and forever discharge the Program Providers from any, and all liability, loss, and damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential) or any other claim arising from or in connection to your child attending the ETP.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:
St Michael’s Grammar School reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, in part or in full, at the fullest discretion of the School. Changes to Term & Conditions will only apply to ticket purchases made after the Terms & Conditions are updated.
